It's Christmas Eve today~

Hey hey... Christmas eve eh? =)

Who doesn't love chrsitmas? I mean, you dont even have to celebrate it to enjoy the joy it brings. Look around. It really IS the season of giving and the season to be jolly. Haha. The only sad part about this christmas is that i'll be working on both the eve and christmas itself... But hey, it's my responsibility to stick to my commitments I guess....

Working in a perfume and cosmetics shop has its ups and downs i guess... But actually very stress la, even being someone as measely as a packer. Basically cuz its the service line. in a restaurant or hotel its a different environment and atmosphere of service compared to that of the sales line i guess... But guess what? I get free spritz of any perfume i want xD! So far i think my favourite is this perfume called 'Hugo Boss Man', not to musky and strong, but still smells like a man's perfume.

Thats all for blogging today I guess.. Working early tmr haha. Pray that the day will turn out good cuz afterall it is christmas!

back from camp!

im back! =)

yeah i went for a 4 days 3 nights church camp and now im back haha. (probably explains why i didnt blog the past few days) anyways, there are a million things one can learn from church camp, just like i did. the theme of the camp was 'Do I Need God?'. Throughout a three-day theme talk session, i realized how and WHY i need God. Boy was i suprised! I mean, people always see God as something spiritual, but there is much more to him, as in, he plays a role in every part of your life, and not just your spiritual life. The message of the camp was definitely potrayed and reached out to the people in camp. Seriously it was a fun camp. I happened to notice too, that it seems as if every church camp i've been to has been fun! hahaha....

what can i say? u had to be there to really know what i was talking abt. It was refreshing in many ways, including sleep wise! =X (probably cuz i dont sleep much during work days).
To quote Adam Sandler, "Life is hard. Life is hard, and then we die." - what he meant here was basically that we live through life basically to die. I thank God i have him, cuz life isn't just that anymore... =)

it's 10 minutes to 2 and here i am not sleeping. Kinda used to it actually, i hardly sleep nowadays. When i was staying in Boon Keng, i used to sleep through the mornings and afternoons, wake up at 5 pm and stay up till 5 am. Late night TV seems more interesting than day-time TV to me. Thats the only thing i did in Boon Keng, watch TV LOL ! But yeah living in a place like that is pretty humbling. The place is really small, i cant use anything expensive there and there is no internet access there. it made me realize how hard sometimes life can be. Made me appreciate the little things in life. Whats more i guess you could say i was very 'in-touch' with nature cuz right outside my house there were lots of trees and PLENTY of insects. i used to sit outside my house and juz think abt stuff when i wasn't watching tv at night. very peaceful.

created a blog!

hey there, wassup! aj here and this is my first blog ever. I have never created a blog before and am totally new at it, so i'd appreciate it if anyone could help me by giving me tips and such, haha. Yeah finally after 3 months of contemplation and denial to the internet i have finally started a blog! it's pretty plain i know but that juz cuz its a template im using, and yeah i dont have a lot of time to search and modify it by alot. Not now anyways. Work keeps me busy nowadays, what with the split shifts i work. Rest assured, i think i will update and modify it soon la though. Well, hope that was enough of an introduction to this new blog. Happy reading ppl!
